Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is one of the greatest movies ever made.  The first half of the movie is a little slow, but once they get into the factory it's ridiculous.  The best part is all the crazy things that Willy Wonka says.  He just comes up with enigmatic quotes and sayings. And of course there's the Oompa Loompa's.  Some of the best sound effects are the ones where he stoically calls for help (Help.  Police.  Murder).  His singing on the boat ride is also great.  Anyway, here are some of the best sound effects from the second half of the movie:
